Make a freedom of information request
The freedom of information act 2000 allows someone to request recorded information held by the council.
The individual will be told (within 20 working days) if this information is held. The council can supply copies of information and if the information is not held we will explain why it is exempt.
The council can charge for the cost of photocopying and postage.
The council do not have to comply if answering the request costs more than £450 (18 hours work).
Any queries about a request can also be posted using the address on this page.
Information Commissioner’s Office
